Grupo Senda presented their new image

With the objective of consolidating its brand capital, Grupo Senda announced its new image in federal transportation business and personnel transportation.  The three federal transportation brands will be Senda Diamante, Del Norte and Turimex.  For personnel transportation will be changed to Senda Citi.

“We are redefining and simplifying the offer of value as part of our continuous improvement process and taking advantage of the strength and recognition of our brands,” said Ricardo Clausse Torres general director of Grupo Senda.

Meanwhile, Ricardo Ariel Vega Moya, director of federal transportation of Grupo Senda, said that the new image of the units is a way of facilitating their customers choosing traveling alternatives, In order to enjoy the best travel experience from the purchase of the ticket to arrival at destination.

“We are talking about a large investment, it is a plan they have, in one year we will have the total of unites remodeled for a brand and in almost two years the other one.  We are talking of an investment of above 150 million pesos,” said Ricardo Vega.

A total of 532 units will be transformed to the new brand platforms, the complete fleet regarding federal passengers’ transportation.

“We have more than 200 million passengers in one year; it is the average at the closure.  Regarding last year the number has increased in certain places, we have improved in some destinations and it is a mixture of everything, but fortunately where we have initiated this new test, the market has reacted very well,” the directive ended.
