With an extension of 43 hectares and an investment of 1,720 million pesos (90 million dollars,) Vesta opened in SLP the San Luis Potosi Vesta Park.

There are 11 buildings projected to be built, with an investment of 90 million dollars.


Currently two of the eleven projected industrial buildings are ready, with a leasable surface of 34,200 square meters where the first tenant is Continental.

Lorenzo Berho, president of Vesta Board of Directors, remembered the announcement of this important investment which was given within the framework of the International Fair Hannover 2018, thanks to the confidence this company has in SLP workforce talent and of the consolidation of its industrial development.


“We are convinced that industrial parks must be national competitiveness nodes, contributing to the strengthening of regional supply chains.  Therefore, 20 years ago we innovated the industrial platform in Mexico.  We are working to attract better companies that generate quality jobs for our talented workforce which is increasingly specialized, with winners’ attitude to transform Mexico and the world,” he said.


This new development was conceived to serve the demand for world-class industrial spaces, aiming to join the efforts of investment attraction in order for supply, related with emblematic projects of the country such as BMW or General Motors, have inventory industrial buildings, projects custom made and quality infrastructure, available immediately.


“The company characterizes for offering strategic locations in 14 States of the Country, including those integrating the Bajio region, always innovating to provide the best industrial spaces for the most Avant-grade companies, aiming to position Mexico as leader in Industry 4.0,” said Lorenzo Berho.


Directives have planned to, within the course of the upcoming five years, develop more than 200,000 square meters, where more than 2,000 workers will perform their activities.

Vesta constructed their first Built to Suit at the Tres Naciones Park in 1999 for Delco Remy and since then they have not stopped investing in San Luis Potosi.  Among its customers in the area are SMR, PMX, SE Freight, JKGlobal/Kormex and Continental.

Meanwhile Juan Manuel, State Governor, thanked the confidence this company has had to invest in San Luis Potosi, as well as the conditions to contribute in the entity’s growth as a pole for capitals attraction.


“The entity continues to grow, continues being an attractive magnet for national investment, as Vesta did by 90 million dollars; and a strong foreign direct investment collector.  The proof, as I said at the beginning, is this new space for manufacturing,” he ended.
