Seven German and Taiwanese companies specialized in automation, information technologies (IT,) digitalization, internet of things, and optic fiber, among others, were part of the exhibition “Rittal Tour 2019,” celebrated in San Luis Potosi, since companies consider the entity of great industrial development potential.

Jorge Aguilera, marketing and business development responsible for Mexico and Latin America of Rittal, said that this is the sixth tour organized with companies like Delta, Lapp, Pilz, Sensopart, Weidmüller and Eplan, in which were not only offered products and solutions for segment types such as manufacturing, automotive, mining, food and beverages; they also provided information and training in new technologies.

Meanwhile, Jose Luis Garcia, product and marketing responsible of Pilz Mexico said that safety in companies is also adapting to new technologies, therefore it is fundamental to keep a safe automation, aiming to protect human capital.

“We are seeking to work with SLP companies in offering them different solutions in equipment and automation, from sensors subject, vision systems, movement control systems, safety monitoring from emergency stops, security curtains, our new scanner, and we are about to launch our new mat and many innovations,” he explained.

Rosalinda Perez, commercial manager of IT area for Rittal, said that Industry 4.0 is a subject that cannot be avoided, since industries require being more efficient in their production.
“What we see in industries here is that they know they have to evolve to next trends, and those arriving already have the philosophy of technological progress, therefore we want to help them achieve being at these companies level and fulfill the requirements of this users with the latest in technology,” he ended.
