Intending to support the Casa Cuna Oasis del Nino, Grupo CTI held the conferences cycle “Leaders with Value 2019” at the facilities of Cool Spaces.


The first topic “The importance of safety and health systems at work ISO 45001” was introduced by Carlos Adrian Diaz, Grupo CTI instructor, where he underlined the importance of avoiding risks for workers, since according to figures from the Mexican Social Security Institute, during 2018 were registered 499,239 work accidents in the entire country, figure that decreased regarding 2017 with 531,239.  He explained that it is a social responsibility subject with workers and society, and although there is still too much to do in the Bajio “Queretaro businessmen are more aware, invest in safety and that has benefited them.”


During the second conference: “Digital strategies to increase sales through Social Networks,” in charge of Hector Hernandez from Grupo CTI, were announced the different plans that today small and medium companies can follow in networks before the technology boom.  This aimed to reach more potential customers and expand profits.


The main advantage, he said, is that those spaces are at everyone’s reach since previously only certain brands had access to traditional communication means.


Finally, the lecture “Benefits from IATF 16949:2916 implementation,” presented by Paola Silva Viveros, an expert in quality and automotive industry issues, introduced the process and aspects assessed by the standard, such as quality, manufacturing, production, and shipment.  Silva Viveros explained that its correct compliance allows companies a wide opening in the market and grants those having it the recognition as certified supplier within the automotive sector.


On the other hand, the director of the Casa Cuna Oasis del Nino, Cristina Conde Cuatzo, thanked all the attendees for their attendance and donation of cleaning products and of the basic basket that will be directly delivered to the Association that houses 93 children.  The conferences cycle “Leaders with Value 2019” is part of the activities Grupo CTI fulfills in the benefit of those in need.  Although its main customers belong in a 70 percent to automotive industries, aerospace, and metal mechanic, Diego Mohar, chief of the operations area at Grupo CTI, said that 10 % of their global sales are addressed to nonprofit causes such as events to support elderly people, reforestation programs and street animals rescue.


In addition of networking, at the event was held an exhibition of the sponsors among which were the companies like Apinectar Gourmet, La Marmota, La Fabrica, Ookull Creativo, Pixel Casa Productora, Produccion Conexzion Musical, Great & Partners, Cerveza Toro and Mexico Industry, besides the participation of the plastic artist Paulo Villagran, owner of Paulo Studio, who fulfilled a live-work which was auctioned at the end.
