The National Chamber of Electronic, Telecommunications and Information Technologies (CANIETI, by its Spanish initials) Guanajuato presented the third edition of Business Summit with Information Technologies (ENTIX.)

This event which will take place on July 11th and 12th at Hotel Hotsson in Leon, Guanajuato, became the prelude to generate an analysis of Guanajuato companies which are interested in participating in the event Industrial Transformation Mexico (ITM) from the German Fair Hannover Messe, with the objective of encouraging Industry 4.0 in the country.

Jorge Solalinde Mora, from ENTIX committee, said that companies focused on information technologies are being analyzed and advised by CANIETI Guanajuato aiming to ITM can offer the best service offers.

Under the motto “Road to Digital Transformation,” ENTIX intends to be a link between companies that supply and generate technology with other sectors that have solid development in the region, so they can take advantage of the benefits of technological progress and generate innovation in all sectors.

Bernd Rohde, general director of Hannover Fairs Mexico, said that ITM will become the new industrial platform of digital transformation and smart manufacturing in Mexico.

“After a successful planning of Mexico as guest country for Hannover Messe in Germany, the decision was made of bringing all that technology to a region specialized in all industrial processes and that is one of the big suppliers of different sectors worldwide,” he said.

Rohde underlined that with this fair small, medium and large companies have the opportunity of producing business to consider digitalization in all processes from research and development, production, logistics, and preventive maintenance.

Industrial Transformation Mexico will take place from October 9th to 11th at Poliforum Leon, where there will be about 12,000 m2 of exhibition for 160 exhibitors and it is anticipated the participation of 10,000 people.

The event will have 5 exhibitors profiles such as Machinery-Tooling/ATMS; Automation, Robotization and Power Transmission; Digital Manufacturing and CIT; and Smart Logistics.

“We would like to make technology generation more tangible, we will have conferences and seminars program for them to see the ways and dynamics of what has been doing in other countries and how they can apply to be more productive,” he said.

He underlined they are seeking to be an industrial trigger for Mexico and South American countries, reason why they will bring buyers from Asian and European countries.

“When they come to Mexico and see the industry potential, they bet to invest on the region and I am sure this event will also be a trigger to reinforce foreign investment and increase production,” said Rohde.
